FREE Design service. Yes, that’s how we pitch for your business. Our designers will create a knock-out design for your event and your project manager will clearly quote all aspects of your project. Alternatively, if you have your own design we are more than happy to provide a quotation.

Once we have sign-off, we begin production. Production drawings, material samples, artwork templates are all provided to you so there are no surprises. Our workshop gets busy building your masterpiece. And for further peace of mind we can TEST ASSEMBLE your display prior to despatch.

A word of warning, NEVER trust general freight companies with your display. We ONLY use dedicated conference freight companies that guarantee delivery. Events don’t wait, so our transport solutions need to be on-time every time; and they are.

As with every step of the process, we look after every aspect of the install and dismantle services. In fact, all you need to do is “Walk On” and “Walk Off” your booth. We look after electrical forms, move-in forms, forklift services etc etc. Our on-site crew are experienced exhibitionists. An on-site quality check prior to the start of the event and you are ready to go.

Show time! We leave you in peace to do your thing. But you can rest assured that if anything goes wrong during your show, we will have a team member on-site ASAP to make everything right.

At the end of the show, you can leave all the logistics to us while you enjoy a cold beverage and reflect on a successful event. If you are using the same display multiple times, we can store it at our warehouse between shows.
